EventPulse Privacy Policy

EventPulse is a companion app for Tikkio organizers.

Data collection

EventPulse does not collect, sell, share, or track personal data.

The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

Tikkio API token

To use the app, you may enter a Tikkio API token. The token is stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain.

The token is used only to fetch your event data from Tikkio's API. EventPulse does not send your token to any server controlled by us.

Event data

Event data, ticket counts, and widget snapshots may be cached locally on your device so the app and widgets can display recent information.

This data is not transmitted to us.

Third-party services

The app communicates with Tikkio's API only when needed to fetch event information using your token.

Tikkio's own privacy policy may apply to your Tikkio account and API usage.

Website analytics

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to collect basic traffic statistics such as page views, referrers, country, device type, and browser. The analytics are used only to understand and improve the website.

Umami does not use cookies or collect personal data. Do Not Track is respected. URL query parameters are excluded from analytics. No Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking are used.
